By using our services you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or shopping with a guardian's consent) and that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may update or discontinue items without prior notice.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We may change prices at any time; confirmed orders keep the price you were charged at checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example if stock is unavailable). You will receive an email confirmation when an order is accepted. An account may be created with the email you provide so you can track orders.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment methods may be added later. For COD, payment is collected when your order is delivered.

We deliver across Bangladesh. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within about 3–5 business days, depending on your city. Free shipping applies on orders of ৳2,000 or more.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Contact hello@nahda.com to start a return. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nahda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.
